We are posting for a part-time InStore Teller at our Ripon location inside Webster's Pick'n Save.
This position will be responsible to serve and retain existing and prospective customer relationships; actively engage in all in-store sales programs; promote the sale of all Bank products through cross selling; process transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately; initiate new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies; and maintain and balance a teller cash drawer.
The hours of the locations are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Evening hours and Saturdays will be equally scheduled on a rotating basis based on staffing. The position averages 20-25 hourse per week.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate the Core Virtues of Horicon Bank; possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and be detail oriented.

This position is full time will be responsible to serve and retain existing and prospective customer relationships; promote the sale of all Bank products through cross selling; process transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately; initiate and open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies; and maintain and balance a teller cash drawer.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate the Core Virtues of Horicon Bank; possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
Work hours are generally during normal business hours and will require some Saturday hours.
