Part Time Teller / Customer Service Representative - Beaver Dam Branch

Horicon Bank is seeking a part time Teller/Customer Service Representative for our Beaver Dam branch.

Our Tellers/Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing financial services to new and existing customer in a professional manner.  Qualified candidates must possess great customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and have a working knowledge of Windows.  Previous banking, sales, and cash handling experience are a plus.

This position will require some Saturday hours and will be 20-30 hours per week.

Full Time Teller / Customer Service Representative - Fond du Lac Branch

Horicon Bank is seeking a full time Teller/Customer Service Representative for our Fond du Lac branch.

Our Tellers/Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing financial services to new and existing customer in a professional manner.  Qualified candidates must possess great customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and have a working knowledge of Windows.  Previous banking, new account opening, sales, and cash handling experience are a plus.

Work hours are generally during normal business hours and and will require some Saturday hours, average 40 hours per week.

Full Time In-Store Manager - Ripon In-Store Branch

Horicon Bank is seeking a full time In-Store Manager for our Ripon In-Store branch.

This position will be responsible to serve and retain existing and prospective customer relationships; actively engage in all In-Store sales programs; promote the sale of all Bank products through cross selling; process transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately; initiate and open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies.

Additionally, the In-Store manager will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team as well as manage the operation of the Ripon In-Store location.

Qualifications desired are:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to maintain good customer relations and promote a positive image of Horicon Bank
  • Effective written, oral and inter-personal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented

The hours of the location are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Evening hours and Saturdays will be scheduled on a rotating basis.

Loan Support Position - Horicon Administrative Branch

Horicon Bank is seeking a full time Loan Support Position located at our Horicon Administrative branch.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reconciling a wide variety of loan accounts to the general ledger.
  • Reviewing and verifying payment postings, daily reports, and loan notices.
  • Performing system maintenance on loan related accounts.
  • Answering internal and external loan inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Working closely with loan processors regarding loan set up and outstanding items.
  • Reviewing and verifying new and renewed loan file information against system input fields.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective written, oral and inter-personal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Previous accounting experience a plus

Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40 hours per week.
