Cyber Incident Update

The forensic investigation into the cybersecurity incident that Horicon Bank sustained in September 2021 is now complete. Importantly, we are pleased to share that we are fully operational and conducting business as we did prior to the incident.

Following an extensive forensic review, which concluded in late October 2021, we have determined that the data accessed as a result of this incident included a limited amount of information of certain individuals, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable customer information.

We have analyzed the data to determine who was impacted and are in the process of notifying those individuals accordingly and in compliance with applicable law. We are working expeditiously through this process and if we determine that your personal information was impacted, we will notify you directly via U.S. Mail. While we have no evidence that customer information has been shared or misused, out of an abundance of caution, we will also be providing complimentary credit monitoring to individuals whose personal information was potentially impacted.
