Up Close with Nature
As the Natural Choice for community banking, we’re excited to showcase the beauty of nature in a new way in our 2027 Horicon Bank Calendar – and we need your help! This year’s theme, Up Close with Nature, invites local artists of all ages to submit photography or original artwork that highlights nature’s details and everyday moments and even wildlife from unique perspectives.
This could include flowers, plants, birds, butterflies, animals, or natural textures like water, leaves, and the list goes on! “Up close” doesn’t mean you need to be physically close – it’s all about noticing the details, movement, or character of nature that makes a moment stand out.
What do you see when you slow down and take a closer look at nature in your community? Show us those meaningful moments, and your work could be featured in our 2027 Calendar!
All artwork must be submitted by June 30, 2026. Horicon Bank’s marketing team will select their top pieces, featuring a variety of seasons, subjects, and perspectives.
Please include a short description of your artwork - location, title, and any other important information about the piece. Artwork photography must be high resolution (300 dpi or higher) to be considered.
