She works with them to complete a financial analysis, then presents solutions unique to them to help them achieve their financial goals. She also offers an FDIC analysis and partners with our Wealth Management, Business Lending and Treasury Management teams to provide customers with the best experience possible. Stephanie enjoys thinking outside the box to be a trusted advisor, helping customers reach their financial goals. Stephanie graduated from Marian University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and another in music administration. She also graduated from the Leadership Fond du Lac Program in 2011.

Branch Manager
Ashley manages the day-to-day customer financial transactions, opens accounts and helps answer any questions or concerns a customer may have. She enjoys finding solutions to their problems and gaining their trust while building a banking relationship with them. Since joining the bank 4 years ago, Ashley has formed many relationships with her customers. When they enter the bank, she says, “it’s not just about helping with their financial needs, we treat customers like we’re talking with our own family. We ask about their personal lives — we share in their joys and pains. Our customers truly feel like a second family; that’s what makes my job so fun.” Ashley’s journey started as a teller, a year later she was promoted to Universal Banker, and now she is the Branch Manager of our Piggly Wiggly in-store branch. She attended the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Principles of Banking School and was a field trainer for Horicon Bank for the past three years.

Kailey bridges the gap between the front line and the back office. Her role as a Universal Banker Trainer in the branch means she is an active Personal Banker for customers, but she gets to offer expertise and training to her coworkers. Kailey enjoys being a problem solver, coach and teacher – helping both customers and other employees understand more complex accounts and processes. Kailey says her favorite group of customers to work with are high school and college students opening up their first accounts. She enjoys the opportunity to educate customers on banking and budgeting – things they may not get the opportunity to learn in school. Although Kailey grew up with a banker in the family, she never thought that her part-time high school job would become the career she loved. From working in the drive through lane as a 16-year-old to now teaching 16-year-olds about their finances, Kailey is a Horicon Banker through and through. Kailey earned her Business Administration degree from Marian University. She is a graduate of the Wisconsin Banker’s Association’s Personal Banking School and has experience as a teller trainer, InStore Branch Manager and Personal Banker.

She enjoys working with branch managers and their associates to help them grow and develop their skills. You could say Maria was “born and raised” a Horicon Banker. It is the only place she has worked! She started in Horicon Bank’s Beaver Dam Main branch as a high school student in 1999 and then moved to the Fox Valley to attend college. From there she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Oshkosh.

Her favorite part of her job is the community interaction with Horicon Bank through financial literacy events in local schools. Meredith is Horicon Bank “born and raised” and a banker by accident. Most of all, Michelle enjoys the simple things, like watching her customers’ businesses and community grow and evolve, knowing that she was able to be a part of their success. She also loves working with the youth of the community, whether it be in a personal finance class, school Career Day, Girl Scouts or special local events. Michelle started working for Horicon Bank when she was in a youth apprenticeship program through her high school. She then completed her Supervisor Leadership Certificate from UW-Madison and attended Fundamentals of Lending School through the Wisconsin Bankers Association.
