Jason enjoys being resource and advisor for his business customers and the community. “I enjoy meeting with businesses and helping them navigate through the different tools and resources related to cash flow and automation,” says Jason. “I love when customers call me and say, ‘I just want to bounce this idea off you and get your feedback.’ That’s what I’m here for.”
After earning his degree at UW-Whitewater, Jason gained experience in a variety of financial role including personal banking, Treasury Management for commercial customers, and a Treasury Consultant for local businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He has been with Horicon Bank since 2021.

Jason volunteers with United Way, Junior Achievement and Trinity Lutheran Church. He is also a member of the WI AFP Association of Financial Professionals. In his free time he joins being outside, golfing, fishing and hunting. Time with his family is very important going on road trips in the summer and creating memories.

By building relationships with customers, Devin looks for opportunities to implement products and services that increase their bottom line. He enjoys analyzing business’ banking pain points and providing solutions to help. Devin’s goals are to help business owners save time and money, to make their banking more convenient, and to help prevent fraud.
Devin earned his degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an emphasis in Financial Planning. He also passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
Devin has over 5 years of experience in the banking industry. He started with Horicon Bank in 2018.

Devin has served as Vice President of the Financial Occupations Club for University Students (F.O.C.U.S.) at UW-Madison and is a member of the Personal Finance Alumni Network. Devin is passionate about bringing financial literacy opportunities into local communities, especially at the high school level. He has experience teaching financial literacy programs in partnership with Secure Futures and the NFL. Devin enjoys all forms of motorsports – cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles and more!

Rachel helps businesses and organizations set up tools and services to help them automate their banking and help prevent fraud on their accounts. Rachel also provides support to the Treasury Management team, follows up with customers post implementation, tracks referrals and logging communication, and so much more. She is the link between the sales and setup while also being the direct contact for customers. Rachel enjoys the problem solving her job entails. She loves working with clients and helping clients be more efficient.
Rachel has 8 years of prior banking experience ranging from personal banker to branch manager. Rachel also completed the Supervision and Managing the Performance of Others series from Moraine Park Technical College.

Meet Lisa Zarling
Treasury and Commercial Payment Solutions Support Analyst Officer
Lisa works closely with customers to implement new products, train customers how to use those products and support their businesses with Treasury Management services. She assists customers with ACH Origination, Positive Pay, ACH Fraud Control, Business Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Horicon Bank’s Corporate Purchasing Cards and more. Lisa says she enjoys meeting the electronic banking needs of business customers and learning about their businesses while building a relationship with them.
Lisa started her banking career as a teller, then moved to Deposit Operations, eBanking and eventually Treasury Management. Her broad banking background gives Lisa a better understanding of the services Horicon Bank has to offer customers to streamline their business operations. Lisa is an Accredited ACH Professional with AAP certification.
Lisa has more than 31 years of experience in the banking industry. She started with Horicon Bank in 1988, left briefly in 1998 and returned in 2000.

Jill has more than 16 years of experience ranging from teller, teller trainer, personal banker, customer support representative, senior ebanking representative. Jill is a licensed Wisconsin Notary – witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to signing important documents and stays up to date on current banking products and services. Jill also completed the Influential Leadership course from Moraine Park Technical College.
