Save time by allowing Horicon Bank to process and deposit your payments for you. By processing transactions through our systems, you have more available time to forecast cashflow and analyze the information you are receiving — rather than spending your time with data entry and processing payments.
How does Lock Box work?
- Your customers can send their payments directly to a P.O. box.
- Horicon Bank will pick up, process and deposit those payments on a daily basis.
- Your business will receive a report of the deposit made for your accounting records.
- If required, Horicon Bank can create an Accounts Receivable file to be transferred and posted to your accounting system.
