Paper Statement Charge Information

Beginning November 1, 2024 a Paper Statement Charge will be applied to all Business deposit accounts that receive a monthly paper statement. The Paper Statement Charge can be easily avoided by enrolling in eStatements. 

Why eStatements? By choosing eStatements, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of free monthly statements and instant access to your account information through online or mobile banking applications. 

How can I enroll in eStatements to avoid the Paper Statement Charge?
  1. Enroll in eStatements by November 29, 2024. 
  2. Login to Ascend or launch the Ascend app on your mobile device.
  3. Select the Accounts menu from the navigation bar, then select Statements and eDocs.  
  4. From the Overview tab, select the Subscribe button. 
  5. Review and accept the subscription disclosure. 
  6. Complete the 2-step instructions to confirm access, then select the Subscribe button.

Can enrollment be completed on a mobile device?

Yes! From a mobile device, select More (…) to locate the Accounts menu. Select Statements & eDocs to locate the Settings menu to subscribe.

Where are digital statements located in Ascend?

Twenty-four (24) months of statements are available. Simply login and select Accounts from the navigation bar, then select Statements & eDocs. Statements are located under the Statements tab.

Can documents be downloaded or printed?

Yes, past and current statements can be downloaded and printed from Ascend as needed.

Are copies of check images also available electronically?

Yes! Check images are available within Ascend.

What other documents are available in electronic format?

Currently, 1099 and 1098 tax forms are available in Ascend. To view tax forms, select Tax Forms from the Statements & eDocs menu. This is available in both the mobile app and through a web browser.
