Faith in Action
Horicon Bank is grounded in biblical principles, shaped by the wisdom of Exodus 18:21—a call to leaders who fear God, love truth, and reject dishonest gain. This Scripture guides our banking every day. We don’t simply serve churches; we serve as stewards who believe financial work is kingdom work, lived out through our CORE Virtues.
Our CORE Virtues and Mission
Capability – Growing in skill and stretching ourselves to serve with excellence
hOnesty – Communicating with candor and confidentiality
Respect – Fostering mutual consideration and generosity of spirit
Energy – Committing our time and effort to work, family, and community
Together, these CORE Virtues define how we live out our calling.
You’ll often hear us say “Together, Doing Good.”
For us, it’s not a marketing phrase—it’s a mission. It reflects our belief that meaningful impact happens when people of shared values work side by side for the good of others.
