Jon works with commercial, small business, and agricultural customers to develop and grow their businesses. He builds relationships with his customers by introducing helpful products and providing assistance with those products to help businesses succeed. He enjoys seeing the pride customers take in their businesses. As a commercial lender, Jon takes a similar pride in the role Horicon Bank plays, impacting communities through business development. Jon attended Marian University in Fond du Lac. He has experience in both agricultural and commercial lending and previously served as a Chief Credit Officer before joining Horicon Bank.

In the simplest terms, Mike says, “I am a community banker. During the pandemic, I would read how community bankers have ‘stepped up’ to help when needed, but the truth is, I didn’t step up. It is just what I do, what I have done and what I will always do for my community. It isn’t new…I live here, I work here, and these business owners are my neighbors and my friends. I want them to succeed, and I will do everything I can to make sure they are given every opportunity to do so.” Mike believes community bankers are volunteers and leaders in their communities, and he embraces this responsibility each and every day. Mike is a graduate of UW-Whitewater, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.

He is also a member of the West Bend Police and Fire Commission, West Bend Sunrise Rotary and Rotary Foundation Board (secretary). Mike’s favorite day of the week is Monday.

Tony works closely with both the lending and credit teams at Horicon Bank to assist customers with their small business lending and deposit needs. He also uses his expertise to advance projects within the bank to increase lending technology and efficiency. Tony enjoys working with customers to learn about their businesses and find it rewarding to help customers reach their business’s goals. Tony has a banking and finance degree from Fox Valley Technical College and has completed the Center for Financial Training’s Commercial Lending School. Tony has experience working in both the front line and credit departments at Horicon Bank.

Steve says that “through building relationships with business owners, I work on a local level to provide the best service to fit each individual business. I also take pride in serving the community. By being active in the community through volunteer work and my professional position, I have grown to care deeply about the success of the Fond du Lac community, and it is an honor to work for an institution that feels the same way.” Steve is a graduate of UW-Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has been recognized for his extensive community commitment by being named Volunteer of the Year by Envision Greater Fond du Lac, an honorary Paul Harris Fellow by Fond du Lac Noon Rotary, the Donald G. Jones Leadership Alumni Award as well as the Wisconsin Alumni Association “Badger of the Year.”

John says he enjoys helping business owners’ dreams come to life. “Every day I am amazed by the ingenuity of individuals — the taking of an idea and turning it into reality. Sometimes those ideas will require financial capital to get it off the ground or help propel it to the next level. If I can help an individual or company meet their financial needs through the use of financial products and services, then I have accomplished my goal.” John earned an AAS in animal science from Alfred State College and a Bachelor of Science in animal science and agricultural economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has completed one year of Graduate School of Banking.

Jason enjoys being resource and advisor for his business customers and the community. “I enjoy meeting with businesses and helping them navigate through the different tools and resources related to cash flow and automation,” says Jason. “I love when customers call me and say, ‘I just want to bounce this idea off you and get your feedback.’ That’s what I’m here for.” After earning his degree at UW-Whitewater, Jason gained experience in a variety of financial role including personal banking, Treasury Management for commercial customers, and a Treasury Consultant for local businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Devin’s goals are to help business owners save time and money, to make their banking more convenient, and to help prevent fraud. Devin earned his degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an emphasis in Financial Planning. He also passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.

Rachel helps businesses and organizations set up tools and services to help them automate their banking and help prevent fraud on their accounts. Rachel also provides support to the Treasury Management team, follows up with customers post implementation, tracks referrals and logging communication, and so much more. She is the link between the sales and setup while also being the direct contact for customers. Rachel enjoys the problem solving her job entails. She loves working with clients and helping clients be more efficient. Rachel has 8 years of prior banking experience ranging from personal banker to branch manager. Rachel also completed the Supervision and Managing the Performance of Others series from Moraine Park Technical College.
