Horicon Bank's new digital banking platform Ascend is nearly here. Here's what customers need to know on Tuesday, August 1:
You will need to download the new Ascend app or visit horiconbank.com to login.
If you have our current Internet Banking platform saved as a bookmark, be sure to update it with the new URL. Watch your email on August 1 for updated links to download the new app and login for the first time.
Your Username will stay the same in Ascend, but you will need to re-enroll and change your password.
You will use your current username to login to Ascend. The first time you login, you will be asked to reset your password and verify your identity using a two-step authentication process (sending a passcode to you via text, phone call or email).
Bill Pay is changing, but your payees and scheduled payments will transfer. Your history will not.
If you a current Bill Pay user, we recommend upon first login to Ascend that you review your payees and payments to verify all information transferred correctly. Your Bill Pay history WILL NOT transfer to the Bill Payment System within Ascend. If you need a record of Bill Pay history, we recommend downloading a copy to PDF before Thursday, July 27.
Bill Pay will not be accessible for a short time before the launch of Ascend.
Customers will not be able to access Bill Pay starting at 4pm on Thursday, July 27 until Tuesday morning, August 1 while we convert to the Ascend platform.
Personal and Business accounts will all be available in Ascend. More communication coming soon for business accounts.
If you have personal and business accounts at Horicon Bank, you will be able to access both within the Ascend platform. For businesses, you will no longer need a Company ID to login.
