Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Aubrie Bobholz to Branch Manager of its Beaver Dam location.
Bobholz joined Horicon Bank in 2015 as a Teller at the Bank's Beaver Dam In-Store location. Over the past decade, she has advanced through several roles, including Universal Banker and positions within the Deposit Operations department. Most recently, she served as Deposit Operations Team Lead, providing leadership and support while helping ensure operational excellence in the organization.
Her career growth reflects a strong commitment to professional development and serving both customers and fellow team members. Bobholz recently graduated from the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Leadership Program, completing a 13-month leadership development journey focused on strengthening leadership skills and industry knowledge.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Bobholz has demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement. While serving in a back-office role, she supported fundraising efforts for Safe Families for Children, reflecting Horicon Bank's dedication to making a positive impact in the communities it serves.
