Big Air for Care Supporting Boys & Girls Club

Little Switzerland Ski Area will once again host its signature charity event, Big Air for Care, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, bringing together high-flying competition, live music, and community spirit to support a local cause.

This year’s event benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County, with proceeds from the silent auction and event activities helping fund youth programs throughout the region. The all-day celebration runs from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., featuring a silent auction, big air ski and snowboard competition, sponsor giveaways, and live entertainment.

Horicon Bank returns as the event’s presenting sponsor, contributing $10,000 directly to the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County. With support from Horicon Bank, community partners, and auction participants, Little Switzerland’s goal is to raise more than $20,000 for local youth programs through this year’s event.

Big Air for Care has become one of Little Switzerland’s most anticipated events, combining the energy of freestyle skiing and snowboarding with the resort’s strong commitment to community partnerships. The event draws athletes, spectators, sponsors, and families from across southeastern Wisconsin for a night of big tricks, live music, and fundraising.

Event Highlights

  • Silent Auction: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Big Air Competition: 7:00 p.m.
  • Horicon Bank Swag Toss: 7:45 p.m.
  • Live Music: 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Auction items this year include experiences, gear, and packages from regional partners and national brands, with proceeds directly supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County.

“Big Air for Care is a celebration of everything that makes Little Switzerland special—great terrain park riding, a fun night under the lights, and a community that shows up to support a great cause. It’s one of our favorite events of the season because it brings everyone together for something bigger than skiing and snowboarding.”

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to browse auction items, enjoy the slopes, and grab a spot near the jump for the evening competition. Spectators of all ages are welcome.
