Horicon Bank proudly announces the promotions of Mike Fleischman to Regional Business Banking Director, and Kimberly Bartusek and Tania Wolf to Officers of the Bank.
Mike Fleischman has been promoted to Regional Business Banking Director at Horicon Bank. He joined the organization in June 2010 and advanced to Senior Vice President of Business Banking in 2019. Over the past fifteen years, Fleischman has built strong, lasting relationships with businesses throughout Washington County and surrounding areas, helping clients strengthen working capital, streamline treasury services, and finance long-term growth.
Deeply committed to the communities he serves, Fleischman is an active civic leader. He has served as a West Bend Police & Fire Commissioner, as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County, and as a Foundation Board Member of the West Bend Sunrise Rotary Club. His involvement reflects a long-standing dedication to mentorship, service, and local economic vitality.
Kimberly Bartusek has been promoted to Officer of Horicon Bank. In her role, Bartusek supports more than four commercial lenders and is recognized for her in-depth knowledge of loan processes and her exceptional customer service. Her leadership extends across departments, where she consistently influences positive outcomes for both customers and colleagues.
With more than a decade of service at Horicon Bank and prior industry experience, Bartusek is widely respected for her professionalism, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to community involvement.
Tania Wolf has also been promoted to Officer of Horicon Bank. Wolf brings more than twelve years of banking experience and broad expertise in training, customer service, loan operations, and project management. Highly regarded by senior leadership, she consistently demonstrates Horicon Bank’s core values through thoughtful communication, sound judgment, and operational excellence.
Wolf holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University and maintains a long record of service to community partners in Dodge and Milwaukee counties. Her experience and dedication exemplify the character and capability expected of a Horicon Bank Officer.
