Hannah Lockwood Named Randolph Branch Manager

Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Lockwood as Branch Manager of its Randolph location.

Lockwood brings more than 10 years of leadership and direct supervisory experience across educational, clinical, and county program settings. Most recently, she served as a teacher at the Mendota Juvenile Treatment Center, working within a highly structured, multidisciplinary environment that required strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Previously, Lockwood worked as a Special Education Teacher across multiple school districts in Dodge County. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, oversee programs, and make strategic decisions while supervising and mentoring paraprofessionals, educators, and care staff across a variety of organizations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Hannah to the Horicon Bank team,” said Fred C. Schwertfeger, President of Horicon Bank. “Her proven leadership experience, commitment to teamwork, and dedication to serving others make her a great fit for our Randolph branch and the community we serve. We’re confident she will bring a thoughtful, people‑focused approach to her new role.”

As Branch Manager, Lockwood will oversee daily branch operations, support team development, and continue Horicon Bank’s long‑standing commitment to personalized service and community involvement in the Randolph area.
