Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Standlee to Branch Manager of its Fond du Lac West location.
Standlee joined Horicon Bank in 2023 as a Teller at the Bank's Beaver Dam branch. She was promoted to Universal Banker at the Fond du Lac East location in 2024 and most recently served as a Floating Universal Banker for Horicon Bank's Northern Region. In addition to supporting multiple branches across the region, she has served as a field trainer, building strong relationships with customers and teammates while sharing her expertise and leadership.
Prior to joining Horicon Bank, Standlee spent 24 years in management, developing strong leadership, operational, team-building, and customer service skills. Since joining the Bank, she has continued to demonstrate a commitment to professional growth while supporting both customers and team members.
Standlee's adaptability, positive attitude, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences have contributed significantly to her success. Her ability to lead by example, embrace new challenges, and foster strong team relationships has prepared her well for this next step in her career.
