Horicon Bank is pleased to welcome Matt Pierce to its growing Mortgage Lending team as Vice President, serving the bank’s southern footprint.
Pierce brings nearly 30 years of mortgage industry experience, with diverse loan origination, sales leadership, credit risk, and capital markets.
In his role, Pierce will work closely with homebuyers, homeowners, and referral partners to provide sound lending solutions that support homeownership goals and long-term financial success. He will focus on building strong relationships, understanding each customer’s unique needs, and delivering personalized service backed by Horicon Bank’s community banking expertise.
Throughout his career, he has successfully grown loan officer teams, managed production across Wisconsin and Illinois, and helped drive significant organizational growth.
With a strong blend of hands-on experience, leadership, and deep mortgage industry knowledge, Pierce is well positioned to serve Horicon Bank customers and support the Bank’s continued growth.
