Horicon Bank is pleased to welcome Shawn Mischo to its growing Mortgage Lending team, where he will serve the Fox Valley area.
Mischo brings 10 years of banking experience, starting in member service roles before advancing into loan processing and ultimately mortgage lending. In his previous role, he served as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where he managed his own pipeline, built strong referral relationships, and guided customers through every stage of the lending process.
Mischo will work closely with homebuyers, homeowners, and referral partners to provide personalized lending solutions that support long-term financial success. He is committed to building strong relationships, understanding each customer’s unique goals, and delivering a high level of service backed by Horicon Bank’s community-focused approach.
He has also focused on developing strong connections within the real estate community, working closely with realtors, title companies, and local partners. He has been actively involved with Northeast Wisconsin Realtors, further strengthening his ties within the Fox Valley market.
