“Giving Tuesday” began as a movement to unleash radical generosity worldwide. At Horicon Bank, we want to celebrate generosity on this year’s Giving Tuesday with a little twist. Think of it as “Gifting Tuesday.”
As a community bank, we know there are many organizations and charities in our cities making a difference. Volunteers are feeding the hungry. Mentors are loving children through the trauma they have endured. Shelters are offering safe havens for the homeless or abused. And we are here to help.
Not only do Horicon Bankers give their time and talents to helping worthy causes in their communities, but on Giving Tuesday, we want to offer you a chance to get involved as well.
We’re giving away three $126 donations, or gifts, to local nonprofit organizations in our communities. Here’s where you get a chance to give that gift too! Nominate a local nonprofit on our Facebook page by telling us what is special about that organization and the work they do. Three nominations will be randomly chosen and announced on Monday, December 5!
Why $126? That’s how long we’ve been a community bank. 126 years ago, Horicon Bank committed to caring for our communities – and we’ve been giving back ever since! So join us in celebrating Giving Tuesday. Nominate an organization today!
